Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Frenamies and Frenamies Pro. Please read them before you play.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. About these terms

Frenamies (the “app”) is provided by MARKIT S.R.L., Fdt. Coacăzelor nr. 14C, Breaza, Prahova, Romania, trade register no. J2024042186003, tax ID 50900467 (CUI) (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@aibrainl.ink.

By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play). How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Frenamies

Frenamies is for adults only. You may use the app only if you are at least 18 years old and, when playing drinking games, of legal drinking age in the place where you are playing. Everyone playing with you must meet the same requirements. Do not use the app where it is prohibited by local law.

3. Playing responsibly

Frenamies is a party game for entertainment. Every card is a suggestion, not an instruction, and taking part is always optional.

  • Drinking is optional. Any drink can be used, and non-drinker mode removes drinking cards. Never pressure anyone to drink, and never drink and drive.
  • Know your limits. Pace yourself, drink water and stop when you’ve had enough. Don’t play while pregnant, when taking medication that interacts with alcohol, or if you have a condition that makes drinking unsafe.
  • Consent comes first. Only take part in dares that everyone involved is comfortable with. Anyone can say no to any card at any time.
  • Stay safe and legal. Don’t do anything dangerous, illegal or harmful to yourself, other people or property, and respect the privacy of people who aren’t playing.

You are responsible for the choices you make while playing.

4. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the store’s usage rules.

5. Subscriptions and free trials

Without a subscription you can play a free starter deck of 15 cards at intensity levels 1–2. Full access requires a Frenamies Pro subscription, available as a weekly plan ($2.99 per week), a monthly plan ($4.99 per month) or an annual plan ($24.99 per year). Prices are shown in US dollars here; the price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, is shown in Google Play before you confirm.

  • Free trial. New subscribers to the monthly or annual plan get a 3-day free trial; the weekly plan has no free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the price of the plan you chose. Free trials are available once per account.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play using the payment method on your Google account, under Google Play’s terms.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, you will be told in advance through Google Play, and where the law or the store requires it you must agree before the new price applies.

6. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

You can cancel at any time in Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Frenamies › Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. If something went wrong, contact us and we will look at your request.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Frenamies Pro gives you immediate access to digital content, when you subscribe you ask us to start supplying it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your other legal rights, including your rights if the app is faulty or not as described.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app or its content; reverse-engineer or tamper with it, except where the law expressly allows; get around its subscription or security features; or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

8. Our content

The app, its cards, minigames, artwork, sounds and trademarks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than the licence above.

9. Changes to the app and these terms

We regularly update the app and may add, change or remove cards and features. We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or on this website before they take effect. If you don’t agree to the new terms, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.

10. Liability

We work hard to keep Frenamies running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by your own choices while playing (including how much you drink and which dares you take part in), or for events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@aibrainl.ink and we will try to resolve it quickly. You can also contact a consumer protection authority; in Romania this is the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro), which also provides alternative dispute resolution.
